does your mobo have an AGP or PCI-E graphics card slot?
for AGP, the best you can get is an Ati 4850 (yes, they released an AGP version) but you will still need a 6-pin PCI-E power cable. for PCI-E i would recommend... an Ati 4870
your PSU may not be able to handle it though...
There is no way that PSU would handle a 4870 besides he asked for something for under a $100 so a 4870 out of the picture. He has a PCIe slot if you look up his motherboard it tells you.
How about you save to get a PSU and gpu?
well it has a pcie 2.0 x16 and my psu is a pile but i read some really great reviews on it on newegg and i think people are use the 4870 with this psu but im not sure i was going to get this card but i dont know if it is any good?

Well if you notice in most newegg reviews most people have only used the product for about a week I wait to a month or two before I post a review. It being PCIe x16 2.0 has nothing to do with it working on a PSU.
The 4670 is a decent card but won't be great for gaming it can probably play most games on medium to medium high settings. COD4 and MW2 should be good on medium settings as for GTA4 the card can handle it on low or medium but I don't know how your CPU will hold up.
well right now with the setup i have i can play gmod 10 on high with like 70-50fps and i know im going to need more ram cuz my pc is not use all 512mb its on useing 448mb with is gay
Gmod is not a very graphics demanding game the graphics look terrible on it but its an OK game. Newegg has some 2x1GB 800MHz RAM for $28 free shipping or 2x1GB 1066MHz for $36 free shipping. Let me know if you won't some links.
yeah im getting the 36 dollar ones cuz i want to max out the speed for my board but the only thing i hate about that ram is you have to set the speeds
Why would you have to set the speeds.
idk that what people are saying in the reviews and is this a good psu?

to replace the pile thats in my pc right now?
Yep that PSU is fine I love the OCZ Modxstream series.
It is probably just people's motherboards or they have the voltage set wrong or something.
alright is there any way i could return my rosewill?
How long have you had it more then 30days probably not if you got it from newegg then they might take it back but I don't know.
how would i like contact them to ask about it and should i tell a little white lie and say its not what i wanted? lol shit i bought it 7/17/09 thats over 30 days agoumm do you think any prices will change from now till 12/14/09 cuz when my b-day is and i can finish my computer and shenanigans
http://www.newegg.com/HelpInfo/CustomerService.aspx you can chat or call them. Its to long to tell them it's not what you wanted try telling them it won't power your system efficiently and you wont a refund so you can get something better. Computer prices drop not go up plus your birthday is in December and newegg always has a big sale around that time for Christmas so your will probably get most things cheaper.
so they have a good black friday sale? and i dont think i can return it so i might just sell it or my mom wants me to build my sister a computer so she stops usein my cuz my mom dosnt want to hear me bitchin about her use mine so ill just giver her mine ill have my mom get me that ocz, her build is going to be that same as mine but she usein the igpu and only a 100gb wd so hopefully it is fine
