What do you think is the best computer you could build for about $1000 to $1500? Just anything you could think of amd, intel nvidea or ati, or mabey a custom case. What would be the most complicated set up that would run the best?
well what about this,
Asus MB SLI
4600+ AMD athlon x2
4 160 gig hitachi sata 300 hard drive raid config
2x 1024mb ddr2 800 mhz RAM dual channel
650 watt quad rail power supply
can anyone do better?
i think you would like a mac
Prove it, go away and look at some recent benchmarks, emphasis on the intel core 2 duo (stock) beating an overclocked FX-60. Stop living in the past ya fanboy.AMDs out perform intels for gaming,
Thats completely circumstancial. What hard drives, what arrangement, prove it, pick out the 4 drives and the 1 drive and physically prove it. It may be the case, but still, that comment meant nothing and wasnt backed up at all.and four hard drives is faster than 1.
You could get alot better, give me a sec to config.
