I just installed an nvidia EVGA GeForce GT610 in my Precision 380, and Windows 10 is now running swimmingly. The card's requirements state 300 W power supply with 26 amps on the 12 V rail. I have no idea whether I have any of that, but it works fine - in fact, it's my main office computer, used for basic word processing, web browsing, etc. After this $26 upgrade, it works just as well now as it has for the last 10 years.
I did upgrade this computer a few years back with a SSD, the almost-fastest processor available for it ($8 used on Ebay, from China!) and 8 GB of RAM. It's a touch slow, but not slow enough to annoy me. I continue to be surprised by how reliable this computer is. I've gone through entire new-to-junk cycles with several other computers in the meantime, but this one just keeps chugging along.
