What would you rate my computer?

I just want an indication of how good this computer is for few "light" games like Fifa 10 and just overall a family computer for browsing and other normal tasks.

CPU: AMD Phenom II Black Edition 3.2Ghz
Motherboard: Gigabyte M720-US3
RAM: PNY DDR2 800Mhz RAM
GPU: Powercolour ATi Radeon 4350 1GB (I know, a bad card)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7,200RPM 120GB
PSU: Thermaltake Tough Power 450W
Case: Thermaltake V3
OS: Windows XP Professional (Windows 7 on a disc ready to be installed)
Screen: LG Flatron 20" LCD

You didn't mention about the size of your memory. FYI You would need at least 2GB of RAM to run Windows 7. I recommend getting a 4GB of RAM if you are currently running the system with 1GB of RAM (I hope not). Overall, yours is a decent system based on looking at the processor. You can always upgrade or add more storage inexpensive compared to CPU so... 8/10 if you have either 1GB or 2GB of RAM, 9/10 if you have 4GBs of RAM.
 
6/10 imo.

Reason.....

Low end graphics card
very small hard drive

But like Daisy said,it all realy depends on what you do with your pc and by the looks of it,it does do what you want?

I've got 4GB.

I just have a crappy GPU.

I am considering to upgrade this year or early next year if I get any good games.
