The chipset is built onto the motherboard, it either has a small heatsink or small heatsink/fan on it. The nForce 4 Ultra is known as a chipset.
 
This is what my video card is usualy like when im browsing this forum for example, it goes way up when im playing cs lol

My record low CPU temp was 22 Celsius (2.7Ghz idle) on a cold winter day with my window open. The Chipset temp never goes below 70 :). The case temp was 27 at the lowest.

I'd say 27 celcius on my CPU, and 39 on my GPU. Hey omega, have you had any problems with wind/rain with your duct to outside?

Nope, i'll tell you basically what it looks like.

On my computer, all the fans are off except one 80mm which sucks in cold air from outside, the cold air comes through a 4-foot dryer vent, and at the other end of the vent, i have an air filter clamped on to prevent any bugs, large dirt, leaves, ect. The vent is also pointing down, so rain doesnt get in.
 
Nice. I would do that, but in the summer it would be pointless...Too hot, it would heat up the computer. I guess you could just disconnect the hose when the weather warms up.

ya, it would be warmer outside then in. I'll think of something to do with an air conditioner or something.
 
Alright here is mine. BTW i did not photoshop it, i dont even know how to use photoshop:P And this is when it was about 45F in my Room(Temp1=My CPU):

well when my computer was at 3C, it was 4F (-16C) outside. Right now its around 18F outside and my comp is around 8C.
