It's no different than FSX, just some modified code and 64 bit capable. Plus, you can't use it unless you are a student according to their EULA. But, everyone violates that now don't they.

That's significant dude. You no longer have to worry about "running out of memory" in game, which you will run into when you use payware items that are high fidelity. Not to mention the performance increase over the ancient FSX code.
No, you just can't use it for "personal entertainment". Flying a simulation type software, you could argue that you're using the software for learning and training purposes. So long as you're not flying planes into the ground for your enjoyment, they can't really do much about it. If you think Lockheed is going to go into litigation with you on this matter, you'd be wrong. Unless you're making a profit over their product somehow.

Yeah, I know that. So far I haven't gotten any errors. I don't have very many addons though. I have upgraded the airports, Vegas, Denver, Hawaii and Los Angeles. I used to use FS2004 exclusively and have it still backed up to external HDD. I have now been using FSX for about 2 years and I have yet to get my beloved PMDG 737. Been flying around mostly with a highly customized Lear 45 and a F22.

PMDG stuff is definitely where it's at. They recently redid the 747 and it's pretty sweet with FS2crew.

Probably the finest addon aircraft I have even flown in Flight Simulator. I used to take my 737 everywhere. Even went island hopping all the way to New Zealand in my 737.

QW's 787 is pretty cool. It needs to be on P3D though. That thing is a memory hogger.

That's the stupidest thing I have read in ages. The epitome of circular thought and fallacy. Just shoosh.
