After a near recent formatting, of my laptop, I have been getting the following notice upon each and every start up:
'Setup is preparing your computer for first time use'.
I have no idea why this is happening, and hope someone might have an answer.
..........................................................................................................
Also happening ever since the mentioned formatting, there is a box that pops up which has a heading of 'System Preparation Tool 3.14'. It states:
'System Preparation Tool (Sysprep) prepares the machine for hardware independence and cleanup
(OOBE)'.
Clicking on the chevron will reveal at least one other choice, but I don't recall what it is (now reading the info from a screenshot that I had taken, with intent to attach it to this message, but I apparently didn't have enough space left to do so).
Not knowing what this message is about, I opted to select nothing - and just cancel the window out.
But I DO wish that I knew WHY it continually pops up at each booting.
