Why do I lag in games with a 4 mbps connection?

hmm... is it a fully wired connection? or is it a wireless connection?

it sounds like you are having problems with all the outside interference (rain, lightening, etc...) because you say that lag only happens when it rains...

I do not have wireless (fully wired). The reason why I think the rain causes it and not a load of people using their computers is because, it’s fast every other time, on holidays, nights, and weekends just as long as it’s been dry out. And like right now, it’s not raining but it has been (so ground is still wet) and it’s so slow. (maybe the lines underground have a small pin hole?) We have not called BellSouth up on this yet, but we probably should. It gets annoying, some times pages wont even load. It’s worse then Dial up..
