Thx for the reply, also the reason I got a 1000w psu is because I wanted to future proof my system, any recommendations on that? also thx this way i'll save some money on the sound card

a good case for less is the apex vortex 3620, i have it and it looks nice and seems fairly solid but there are a couple of reviews where people got flimsy ones, but i didn't, and for 37 with shipping it is a good deal. but for around 50 there are some pretty nice ones other than it, i'll link a few i like.

ok i'd really like to see the difference in speed that that extra 30 does for those second set of ram, and thnx Knunez, was sunday and of course dmv was closed till tues and mom got a compy of birth-cirtificate and they need the sealed hospital one to prevent photoshoping and all, so no driving with an adult till tomarow :(, and i'm like the only person in my grade (other than a girl who started 1 year early technically) that can't drive yet

For gaming, you probably won't see any differences, but for memory-intensive operations, they would help get it done faster. Just giving him the options if he wants a really speedy system.

remember if your not overclocking no need for the coolers, but if you are the 955 is the same exact chip they just clocked it lower, idk if any of the others are this way but the dif is 1 in the multiplier, and i'd go for 1 of these ram, faster timing for a few bucks.

wouldn't do the comparison so the first 3 and last of course, but 8gb's wouldn't hurt but is unnecessary

about overclocking, can you give me some tips on how to do that because i'm considering it (the reason for why I have the aftermarket heatsink and cooler) But i'm not sure because I might risk damaging other components because of a stupid mistake (i'm more or less a n00b) so any tips would be appreciated. THX :D

(p.s. the links didnt work)

this i think is the best, rest after it,

and for overclocking, there should reallly be a sticky for it, but basically you can do it in bios or in os, i do it in os with nvidia system tools, i'd really rather not say cuz i'd forget something or say it wrong and you coulf completly **** 125 bucks down the drain, if you didn't, change to the 955 again, bumping the multiplier 1 is increadibly easy and saves like 10 bucks
