This computer will be mostly for gaming with a bit of photoshop, video editing and overall gfx. I'm wanting it to play game like BF3 (ultra settings or close to it), Skyrim (ultra settings) and next-gen games. This rig also needs to be future proof in terms of being able to play those next-gen games but i assume that will need an I7 with it's hyper-threading capabilities. There will also be moderate over-clocking and hopefully i will watercool this rig. Here are the components:

Windows Professional ( I am only getting this as i may consider upgrading to 32gb in the future; i will also be getting the OEM version seeing as i am a system builder.)

Also are there any ways to make this cheaper without sacrificing processing power?
 
Looks to be a very nice build.

I would strongly recommend you don't get the H100 Cooler though,I bought one a few weeks back and the Pump was very noisy,And after reading a lot of reviews it appears this is a common issue,even some people receiving RMA replacements that are just as bad or more noisy.
Don't get me wrong,It cools very well but for the price the quality just is not there and for Corsair its pretty disappointing especially for the price.

I would get a decent air cooler instead.

Yes it will work.

As Neva said, change the CPU cooler to the one he linked.

I'd also get a Gigabyte motherboard. They're more reliable and Gigabyte have better customer support if something does go wrong.

I'd recommend the GA-Z77X-UD3H or the GA-Z77X-UD5H.
 
I would get the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H like S3 said, or G1 Sniper 3 (will need new case), or a Intel z77 extreme, if you want a enthusiast boards. The vengance memory is high, and the noctua is huge, and I bet you is as loud as a H100. Stick with a h100. Or get shorter memory.

^ This. The UD3H is a very good board and the UD5H doesn't have a awful lot to offer over it.

The Crucial M4 and SanDisk Extreme SSDs are faster than the Force 3 - see the M4 and F3 comparison here http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/425?vs=400 the M4 and the SanDisk are also very stable drives. I'd get the SanDisk Extreme 120GB if you can as it's even faster than the M4 and usually cheaper than both the M4 and the F3 too.

Looks good to me, but you can save money by going for either a GA-Z77X-UD3H or even a GA-Z77X-UD5H over the Sabertooth board.
 
He asked why the board isn't very good vista, so here is why: Asus's support has really gone down hill the few years. You know, like you get a broken board, they might not take it back, etc. And, there board's quality has really gone down hill, to. So, paired together, not good.
