I have been having issue with the search, particularly in Outlook emails. When I popped the search option panel, it would not allow me to go into the Advance tab. So I cannot do the rebuilt index. Tried everyway like restarting Windows Search in services and didn't work.
According to MS Support, I downloaded a file to reset the search. But the instruction told me to Run with PowerShell . But when I right click on the file, there is no option on Run with PowerShell. If I just double click it, it would open the script in Note.
How do I execute "run with PowerShell"?
