Likely stolen/faked and probably won't work. As cheap as it is might try it but I wouldn't bet on it working.

No , if i install linux i'll loose the ability to get applications since it automaticly installs the 32x bit version (most linux programs dont support a 32 bit version) and I need other applications that work only on Windows

I cannot upgrade the PC to a SSD because
1st. No second slot in my current PC
2nd. My pc is a small form factor
3rd. I don't know how to upgrade it
4th. parents wouldn't never get a SSD
5th. I'd still need to buy windows which I can't
Only valid point here is #3 to be honest. Linux pretty much supports both 32 and 64-bit extensively. Some Windows applications obviously don't work at all, which is fair. But I've never had an issue running any software on Linux, due to the arch of the software.
1: The SSD was meant to replace the harddrive
2: SSDs come in all sizes, some are less than 10% the volume of the smallest HDD. Quite invalid point.
3: Fair enough - see #5
4: Not sure what to say
5: Some SSDs have a kit-variant, which will come with cloning software to move Windows from your HDD to the SSD. You still need to buy a Windows license regardless, but you don't have to reinstall anything.
