Hey guys!
I'm kind of in a bind. Apparently, I must have carelessly lost my Windows Vista OS disc for my laptop... I'm kind of nervous
I was looking at some prices on Newegg and Amazon for replacements, and it's apparent W7 has destroyed the Vista market. I'm fine with getting W7, I was just hoping Vista was still around at cheaper rates. Hah!
If I was to buy the Upgrade version of Windows 7 (which is outrageously cheaper than full), and just do a normal upgrade, later on if anything happens to my computer to where I need to reformat, would I be able to use the upgrade disc to to reformat and install Windows 7 that way? Or, does it only work if it detects a previous Windows installation?
Thanks guys!
