Well you just described your posts to the thread perfectly.

And yes, XP does have a method of changing Memory assignments, cause I just checked. It is complicated though because part of what you have to access is greyed out, and you have to use some method of bringing those items active. The method used is not the same as it is in WIN98-SE so you'd have to experiment to find out how. See Photo :

It could have had the CPU voltage set to low by default. When any kind of load was applied (restart).

We tryed diferent voltages and nothing >_>


I wonder if they tried using a different CD/DVD drive to put the Windopes disk in, that might have worked, or it might have been the processor was conflicting with the mobo; in which case there was no solution except to permanently remove the conflicting device.

The guy did used some programs to test ( then i went to work and i dint saw the names ). But i assume he used the correct ones :3 , sine he is a professional... :p
