Workstation.

i still wanna go apple haha.

some of the computers will be used for audio and video editing which im pretty sure everyone says they are good for.

but i cant go some mac and some pc. i have to only have one.
and im leaning towards mac.

if i have osx and windows installed with bootcamp.... will the windows OS be any different compared to running it on an actual pc?
are there any problems with doing that?

if all goes to plan then i want the workstations to have windows installed to use autocad and maya. and osx installed to use all video editing software and all that.

so would that work out or would i see performance problems with the windows installation?

also, autocad cant run on a mac, which is why id be installing windows, so would someone who has always used autocad on a pc then have trouble using it on a mac even tho it was really on windows? haha

go with the one your more comfortable with, i mean the program, but you would have to ask someone who has used a mac pro before, i wouldnt mess around with bootcamp, i think it would be smarter just to use windows, but it depends on the people using them, if they're used to using windows, go windows, but if they are used to osx, get apple

ok i have been doing some thinking and yet again have decided against mac haha

could you please quickly fill me in on the pros and cons of each? haha

mac-i really dont know either way, only thing i can really think of is the fact that its got osx as a plus from a point, and as a con the fact it doesnt really support anything
windows-people are familier with it, more programs are supported, cons- support i guess? i really dont know
