he never said that, if you read his post he is making light of your reponce to geoffs post #13, in which he makes the implication that the 830 will beat the amd64 4000+ in gaming...which as prae said.... is not true.
The 830 will beat the 4000+ in stacks of other stuff though. But then thats all covered in cpu101
