Class 2 is the slowest SD card, try a class 4 or preferably a 6, they're a bit more expensive but going from a class 2 to a 6 in my phone significantly improved the speed.

You don't have to open the case. Just right click on my computer and click on manage. Expand the storage section and click on disk management. From there you should be able to tell if you have more then one drive.

Make sure you buy the broken steel dlc for Fallout. Otherwise when you beat the game it ends and you can't keep exploring, but Broken Steel makes the game completely open ended.
