Thanks. Using an e2160. Stock speeds (1.8 ghz) temperatures stay below 36 C full load Overclock to 3.2GHz which i run daily temps stay below 54 C full load. Got a 100% + over clock from this processor using my set up and can run it 24/7 at realy fast speeds cool, works for me :cool:

Ive had a hard drive cooler, they arent realy worth it this is because hard drives operate just fine in temperatures up to about 50 C, if your hard drive is getting hotter than that, maybe you should get one

I disaggree, pump - radiator - cpu - bnb - resevoir - pump would be best IMO, but the temperature difference will not be extremly noticeable either way round, i have done both, pump - rad - block was about 2 degrees lower

And the water temperature throughout the loop is within around 1 c anywhere in the loop, so there isnt realy a warm bit and cold bit of water, looks like a good set of components apart from the pump, go for a laing DDC pump or D5 pump. Good loop order and the 'sockets' are called barbs :)

Needs more on the VCore, anything under 1.55 is pretty much okay for 24/7 usage

Sounds like a software/ driver issue to me, not a hardware fault as you have done some tests with no luck

Dont get a thermaltake armor, its so ugly IMO :D

I dont think you have a problem, speedfan isnt the most accurate monitoring tool, you can find out some voltages and tempertures in the motherboards BIOS

For that budget, there is no point going water cooled, that thermaltake kit wont give you the results you want.

Bad choice IMO, your temperatures will be highe than an air cooler you could have bought cheaper, thermaltake do not make good water cooling equipment, anyone who knows their stuff can back me up on this
