my mom is going to be doing some restoring and editing of old pictures. She just bought an epson v700 scanner which scans at resolutions up to 6400dpi and she will in the future be using 2 eizo hi res monitors. the thing is, there wont be any gaming or video editing going on. just picture editing. Could I do this with just a 9600gt or something? she is already spending alot on the other equipment so she has a budget of 800$ for the comp.
heres what i threw together
