If it were my money, I would. That's not a bad deal. The retail box heat sinks are perfectly usable. It will work fine for what you want to do.

amd is good for games but it get heated very fast .. so i prefer intel

I think you quoted the wrong person.What OS are you running. When I installed Vista on my 500 Gb it only took all of about 30 seconds to reformat mine. IDK.

I was running installation for Ubuntu 64-bit and it required a format,
and that took 8 hours to complete. There might have been a faster option available.
Oh, I still use Windows XP, I just don't pay for it LOL.
