This is just flat wrong?Get the 2700x, as you said, there is really no increase in performance. Though 3700x is only 65 watts compared to the 105 watt 2700x.
Which is why I'm wondering if a 2700X is even worthwhile.Well if money isn't a concern then yeah, get the 3700x but for a measly 13 percent performance increase for a user that doesn't do anything demanding is probably not worth it. Paying 75-100 bucks more for a 13 percent increase may not be worth it.
