How to block websites from employees visitng?

He really would need to remove administrator privileges for their user accounts, and probably use some third party software, to block their access. Anything he installs can simply be undone by the users, if they still have admin privileges.

what is ANIWZCSds? Is it harmless?

A quick Google search shows it to be related to a D Link wireless network adapter. Maybe the configuration utility? Do you have the option to uncheck it if you go to msconfig?

    Yes, that is correct.

    partition help

You should be able to do that, yes. XP doesn't have the built in capability to shrink the system partition like Vista or 7 do, so you'll need some sort of utility, to change your partitions around. I personally have an old version of Partition Magic that I use when working with XP, so I don't...

    Windows 7 install

If you can't read it from within Windows, it sounds like you may have a corrupt/bad disc. Time to make an exchange for a new one!

    Windows 7 install

Is it a CD, or DVD player in his computer? I see the word CD being used, but they are not interchangeable, in this instance, and it needs to be a DVD player to read the Windows 7 DVD. Just wanted to throw this out there, in the off chance that it was overlooked.

backing up 3 computers on 1

It sounds to me like you may need to come up with some sort of data backup plan, better than just setting up another PC to backup files on. That's a start and it shows you have an interest in preserving your data, but it's still just a start. You should at least look into a RAID 1 at a...

    windows 7 smallest memory question

I've run 7 x64 in a VM on my laptop (Turion RM-72) with only 1GB allocated to it and it ran, albeit slowly. On a dedicated machine it would probably be faster, and definitely with better hardware.

Unable To Log In - Activation Problem

You can sometimes hit ctrl+alt+del, start the task manager, and start explorer.exe, to at least get into Windows. I had this happen on Vista before and that solution worked for me, to at least get into the OS, so I could start backing things up that I hadn't taken care of before.

If you hit F8 before it begins loading Windows, can you get it to boot into safe mode? You could also try a startup repair from the Win7 disc.

    Vista Laptop Connection Nightmare

There could be some sort of power setting on your wireless card that's keeping it in a powered-down state. See if there's any settings in the device manager that mention letting Windows turn the device off to save power, or reducing the connection speed when in standby. If there is such a...

    switch my main hard drive.

Partition the new 1TB drive, to handle the contents of the two current drives and use some sort of imaging software (Acronis True Image, Norton Ghost, etc.) to copy them over.

    I need a laptop!

I don't off hand, no. The only Dell I own is an ancient CPiA 400MHz P-II laptop that I got for free from my former employer after someone spilled a cup of coffee into it, and I found parts to fix it on eBay for IIRC, $60. It still works, though!

    Dell 560's Ethernet Controller Gone

One of my two onboard LAN adapters is dead after a lightning strike took out my DSL modem, router, and luckily only the LAN adapter that was attached to the router. It doesn't matter if everything is plugged into surge protectors when the phone line isn't.

    I need a laptop!

Not that this particular laptop isn't a great deal, but ordering directly from Dell can get you an i7 processor and 4GB of ram for the same price (link). That doesn't include shipping, but I can't imagine it would be much more than sales tax. You don't get the convenience of playing with a...
