    Drivers are what I was thinking too, but he did say he installed them. Try PohTayToez suggestion and also make sure you have correctly installed the motherboard drivers.

    I would suggest getting at least another gigabyte of memory. You only have 1GB of RAM, that is the bare minimum for running Windows 7. You would get the best performance out of your system with a total of 4GB of memory.
