Go into warcraft and in the options it will give you the option to turn V Sync on, just check mark the box and save. and try playing. See if that fixes it. If the CCC is forcing V Sync on right click your desk top click on CCC and find the option to turn V synce force from on to off.

Did you try enabling it? I remember I had problem swith screen tearing in wow and switching up V sync options helped. Also check the Catylst control centre and see if you have the card forcing V Sync on or off.

If you have V Sync on turn in off, if V Sync in off turn it on.

True, it does have a lower clock, but I know you can clock them up to the 5870 really easliy the only problem is power. I only have a 650watt PSU so I am going to have to see if I can add all that extra voltage to my PCI-E slot.

He can get a double slot card, he just needs to remove the cover of the slot below and the vent or outputs will be out there. He just will not be able to put anything in the slot the GFX card is over.

I really want to get one of these. But I kinda would just like to get a single GPU card. 5890 is probably what I should hold out for.

What is this card? A dual GPU? What 2 cards make up this one?

ATI 5870 for single GPU and a GTX 295 for a dual GPU. The ATI 5870 and GTX 295 are about equal in performance. But I have to give the edge to the 5870 for being single GPU and cheaper. Also Direct X 11 capable and is able to send Lossless Audio codecs via HDMI.
