yes for what i know, Malwarebytes should be able to clean the Win32/Olmarik trojan, also do spybot to check for any tracking cookies.

also please stop using IE, your best bet is firefox to be safer....have you done a spybot scan? are all your security apps undated ?

i believe you can try to remove as administrator or log in safe mode and try to remove it

or simply jump to microsoft security essentials ;)

gmail has the best spam blocking, hotmail and yahoo i use to use but to be honest, once you go to gmail, your problems are solved...plus all droid phones have built in gmail, its great :)

i think great forums should install a module so old thrads are closed automatically after say a month or so.....

looks good to me, only thing is my last 2 purchases from newegg were not great, they sent me used items...so just a note to be careful and double check your order make sureits not a used item they send you....

you should only format if the virus has gotten to your files and spread to your file systems, most of the time with the right help you can pretty much clean the infection, wondering what your log looks like !!!

i wold also get rid of Zonealarm, i use to use it back in the days myself but no point in using it now, it really screws up ones system if not careful, ive had more luck using Filseclab Personal Firewall, but thats just me :)

yup CClean is great, although take not if you delete cookies, it will get rid of your online passwords say to forums or email clients, so you will have to re enter them at login screen...also use spybot it works great in cleaning doubleclick ads

for anyone that uses Norton, take note that you are wasting your money and bottle necking your PC..... norton is a resource hog, get with the program and use MSE or AVG

its not your video card, its your monitor, i had the same issue with my LG 24" flatron, i figured out that you have to go into your INF file of the nvidia installation files and place a line of code that tells the inf file what your monitor is...i got lucky and found the code on the web, youll...
