rts= real time strategy. you make and control individual units. its like being a general of an army. you should find if they have a demo that you can try before buying it to see if you really like it.

you could just chance it and just ignore it. after all its only Prime95 thats giving your trouble. but i wouldnt recommend that. just stay on the safe side and lower the clock untill prime95 is stable.

WoW and WC3 are different games. WoW is rpg and WC3 is rts. i think its still good if you like the WC series. its still a good rts but its pretty old.

lol if your specs are just "good enough" to play the old CS then of course everything looks crappy for CSS. CSS is way more demanding than the old CS. lol and if it doesnt look as good as the videos then something is wrong w/ your computer not the game lol and dont forget its a MOD to half life....

ibuypower.com is a good place. as for parts just use the 101's to help you. i would recommend getting a 7600gt or a 7800gt if it fits the budget.

what are your temps? and like kusama said cable sleeving is the way to go. you might also want to change the HSF for the cpu and video card that might help
