    How to read xml files

You don't understand what he's looking for. He doesn't want to view them in raw XML format, but a more reader friendly format. A tree view is about the best you're going to get. As I mentioned before, XML isn't really meant for reading.

    How to read xml files

Open it in a plain text editor. XML files are really suppose to be reader friendly. They are meant for use as configuration files, and other such things. You can try an XML reader like http://codebeautify.org/xmlviewer , though. Drop the XML text on the left side and then click "Tree View".

I don't have access to the icon at the moment, but when you open that dialog, isn't there a menu button in the top-left, that has various options in it? Including something like "Check my PC"?

    Vizio m50-c1 TV as Monitor

Where did you see that your card supports a 4k resolution? Where do you see your refresh rate not being 60? If you are looking at the FPS in the games you are playing (and you are using vsync) then your FPS will be either match your refresh rate or a factor of it. So if your refresh rate is...

    Windows 10

I don't know if he's talking about the same thing that bothers me, but I don't like that everytime I snap a window, it shows me a map of all other open windows on the other side. I kind of get what it's for, but I'm more than capable of snapping another window to the other side myself if I feel...

    Drive letters mixed up

Unplug one of the external drives. Hit the Windows key > Type "disk manager" and hit enter. Select the still plugged in disk from the list on this screen > right click > change drive letter and paths. The reason you need to unplug one is that you can't assign a drive letter while it's already...

Help me find out what I need to upgrade

You seriously run a Xeon in a home PC? That one is pretty old, though. That'd be the first thing to upgrade, along with a motherboard to support whatever you got. The RAM would be next. The GPU is pretty good.

    Disable Win 10 updates?

If you have Pro, I don't see a problem with using the Group Policies to switch to the notifications only. This was my preference in Windows 7/8. I definitely wouldn't disable the update service completely, which seems to be your only option if you are on home edition. Considering Windows 10 is...

    Trouble with connecting two monitors

New Intel boards do indeed allow you to use a dedicated card and on-board at the same time. Obviously, though, the OP's AM2 board isn't going to support that.

how do you merge partitions not next to each other

Not entirely. He can back up all the data on the beginning drives, format those, and merge it with the C drive. According to the screen shot, that's only about 6GB of data. The only issue I see is the recovery partition. I don't know how that would fare as a backup and restore.
