Hi john/Okedokey, I got it to work on the upstairs TV, which is newer then the one I was trying it on. I can duel boot into Vista or Windows 10. It would not work on Vista. So, I'm good to go. Thanks for your help. ...... john P.S. I have no idea what graphics card the laptop has...

Hi John, Well, I removed everything that I could remove (including the USB card), and it boots normally. Now, I have stopped plugging so many things into it (mostly devices that I was charging via the USB ports) and it works fine. Thanks again for you help. .... john
