what would those tactics involve? i have a big ass botnet on my computer that i would really love to get rid of so that i can xfer my music onto my new lappy but the botnet wont even let me install norton, say that the administrator wont let me do it... i assume the botnet has taken ova admin

if not what will?

help plz :) just got a new lap top and am lookin for the best possible software to prevent virus's botnets and all that stuff... plz help :) oh and also i would love to learn a lot more about computers... im not a complete noob i no how to fix a lot of issues and have built myself a computer...
