Ati officially announced that the r600 will not be able to keep up with the 8800's.. Here's hoping the hd 2600's fare alittle better.
Err, why is the XTX performing the same as the XT? I don't think those benchmarks are very trustworthy.
We saw a bigger improvement between the x1900XTX and the x1950XTX, but perhaps that was because the memory was more of a bottleneck on those cards?Because there is no big difference between XTX and XT
XTX just have a faster memory, and I don't thing that faster memory would make any big difference in terms of performance
