Best cooling without water or phase change...

I want the best CPU cooling without water or compressor cooling... I am looking for something like thermal electric. What is good? Have I got the next best thing close to water? I have a Thermalright Ultra Extreme with a SilenX 120MM that pulls 90CFM, pretty close to the S-Flex which saw best performance with the TUE but, mine is quieter. So what do you guys suggest? Would it do any good to install one of these as I have water cooling grommets on my case? this is one case of water cooling that I will go for... I won't use it on my GTX or my northbridge, maybe my north bridge if it OC's good...

Passive water cooling is only good for silent systems. They don't really perform very well at all.

You won't get any better than you have without watercooling. Given, you can get a TEC, but you'd be spending tons of money on power each year. If you have a 200 watt TEC, that's nearly $200 a year for electricity (Given that in my area of the US energy is about $1 a watt a year). That would be enough to have "watercooling insurance" (ie, replace a part if it gets messed up).

Just go for a WC system if you want.

How's that one posted above? The Reserator, it's passive, but that thing stands as high as my case and there is a 140mm fan kit for it. I plan on installing the fan kit with it. And is this coolant non-electrical conductive? From reviews on Newegg they say yes.

TECs are only really good on water cooled systems with a triple rad and only a CPU block.
I would never try them on a quad core as it would be to much for one inless in was of the 400watt variety
if you do get a TEC make sure you relay it to you power button

RESORATORS SUCK WORSE THAN AIR COOLING!!!!

CPU Block $55

Pump $90

Res $15

Rad $55
http://www.frozencpu.com/products/5...diator_-_Black_MCR320-QP-K.html?tl=g30c95s161

All that for $210, that leaves you $40 for coolant, tubing and a NB block which you didn't get the the swiftech kit, plus you get more rad which means better cooling

Edit: sorry for the double post

How about a full drive bay reservoir?

Thx
