That looks pretty good, I can spend a bit more... Will this really help me OC my CPU that much more? And if you think you can, maybe a rough estimate of improvement..

If you don't like the look of a D-tek look at the EnzoTech SCW-1. it looks better but has around the same design as the D-tek

Where do I need to put that radiator at? On the back of my case? It's a P180 so yeah, space conservative...

you could put it at the top (looks really good with an enclosure) or the back of the case
