I am not sure if this is a troll attempt or not, but in the hopes that it isnt, ill say a few things.
First off, that memory is a 100% waste. You are better off with two 6gb kits, there is absolutely no need for 24gb, and the dominators are a 100% complete waste on a 24/7 rig.
Second, the 980x will not work in the SR-2 motherboard. The EVGA SR-2 requires two Xeon processors with dual QPI links. I would recommend two of the Xeon 5620 processors, as they are the cheapest processors that have hyperthreading and dual QPI links.
Third, that case will not hold the SR-2 motherboard. Try mountainmods cases out, they are made for watercooling and you can buy an HPTX motherboard tray for their cases.
Fourth, buy from newegg.com, not amazon.
Fifth, Dual 5970's with a GTX480 for physx? That is a complete waste. If you want to waste your money, do so with four GTX480's for quad SLI. Also, for nvidia graphics cards i highly recommend EVGA graphics cards.
Sixth, windows 7 ultimate is a 100% complete waste, the home user will get no advantage over home premium. The only features worth noting are that windows 7 has bitlocker encrpytion, and home premium doesnt.
Seventh, a 240GB SSD is a total waste, the largest SSD i would recommend buying at this point in time is a 60GB OCZ Vertex 2/G.Skill phoenix/Corsair Force/Mushkin/OCZ Agility 2 as you do not need 240gb for a boot drive. For games and such use a large storage drive.
Eighth, You are really spending way too much money if you want a gaming computer. You are going to blow all this money, and a year later 50% of it will be outdated. You are better off spending less and then upgrading as new tech comes out.
