2 sets of memory? Instead of getting 8gb of memory i would put a little more money towards the graphics card and get somethign like a 4550 or 4650. and where are you buying parts from? For the price of a Q6700 you could probably get a 45nm Q9400.

Well, it kind of futureproofs a computer to have a better graphics card, plus sooner or later we will start to see programs using video cards for work(video cards are highly paralell compared to cpu's). So id recommend even just a 4350 over 3450:

And since the Q6700 is on sale its prolly the best cpu for the price, but this cpu cooler would allow you to overclock further and keep low temps:

Also, do you have a link to the power supply in your list?

a couple of things, the CPU cooler will most likely come pre applied with a thermal pad.

Also what type of computer is the one that the case is from. If it's a prebuilt machine (like a Dell) then there is a very strong chance that the new stuff won't fit in the old case. Just to warn you.

The motherboard may come with a SATA lead. If you look on the manufacturers website it should give you a more detailed list of what comes in the box.

Pre applied thermal paste usually is crappy stuff...
