Cannot Correctly Boot My PC Up!

Obviously all memory sticks are bad even though it said everything was ok with the 1 stick, sometimes that happens. Try reinstalling with known good ram and go from there.

I would run a check disk on your hdd, and dban your hdd to properly format it. Also make sure you have the latest motherboard drives such as the SATA drivers.

Okay it took me a bit to get ram, sorry!
But i bought 2 sticks of ram and ran both with memtest and they both gave no errors, but stilll my pc wont boot up and reinstalling windows 10 stops with the same error

just to update,
i think my HDD is the problem as now when i try to boot my pc

i get:
"Boog Device Not Found
Please install an operating system on your hard disk

Hard Disk (3F0)

f2 System diagostics"
