This is the picture of my computer, without modification. I should be concerned with the top 5 numbers, right? The numbers seems to match on the Dram calculator.The profile you have selected is for Samsung B-die, which your memory is not based upon, so those likely won't boot at those settings.
You might be able to load XMP but then decrease the frequency to 3000 or something, I had to do that with my b-die kit on the 1700 Ryzen.

If I am going to have a new board, do I have to reinstall Windows? Would the keycode work with the same model of MBO?
I had only one.The only cables that can be a hassle are the front panel connectors but if you build enough pc's then its pretty simple.
