I was checking info about a BSOD and this stress test ustility came up called OCCT, seems pretty good and has gpu, cpu and psu stress test options. (gpu optiopns also have a test using cuda)

I've used it before (I downloaded a 30-day trial of the Pro Version though so the link might have something slightly different than what I have), very useful when the Uninstall Wizard can't remove certain programs, or doesn't remove them completely. Can probably be added under "Data Removal."

Internet Explorer works ok as well.

FireFox addon, Firewall or Security software blocking it?
Any messages or doesn't finish loading or just blank ?

Comodo firewall (Safe mode) with Defense+ (Safe mode)

Because you are copying and pasting it I assume. Just click it and it will start the download:

When copying and pasting, if you look it puts an ellipsis in, rather than having the full URL
