I’ve had the problem since I got it
Is it under warranty? If so, rma it
Did you plug it in to the video card? Have a feeling you're running on onboard video.
Those were my feels as well. Ensure the monitor is connected to the horizontal card instead of the vertical onboard port.
I am running on the video card
Anyone have any other ideas?
What specific driver have you installed?
I have the NVIDIA graphics card driver installed.
He asked which specific driver version is installed. Did you download it from Nvidia or let windows install the driver?
You really need to take it in and have it diagnosed. It's most likely a bad driver or video card. Since its only a few months old, you should have a warranty period to get it checked out.
Where could I take it to get it looked at?
You really haven't told us where you got this computer or if you built it yourself or what.
Yea I built this pc myself with a friends help. Yes he knew what he was doing. An I went to Best Buy an bought all the hardware there. Everything but the power supply.
Has your friend looked at it? I assume you installed win10?
Do you see any different behavior after installing this guy:
I just downloaded it an restarted the pc am still does the same thing.
Take it to a local shop so they can help you.
