How can i make a bootable win 10?

That is just your Windows 7 key/Windows 8 key they use :-)
 
You've installed Linux. Boot from a LiveUSB or LiveDVD, open GParted, nuke the entire drive, reboot to your Windows USB, it will now see the drive.
Windows 10 can now be activated with Windows 7/8.1 keys, no need to do the upgrade process anymore. If your PC had an 8.1 key in the BIOS, it might auto-activate that as well.

So make a partition.

Linux wont boot though once you install Windows.

May I suggest you read up on the general partitoning style of Unix and Windows and generally learn about what you are trying to do first. If you ask the questions we can answer but it is difficult to walk you through with no prior knowledge.
 
Why are we still posting here? OP installed Windows 10 and is done with what he wants to do.
