It'll run on a decent 300W PSU, not ome HP crap.

Yes it can,

Obviously one concern when upgrading any off the shelf OEM PC is how much of a liability the included power supply is. As we mentioned earlier in the article, the PSUs on these three systems ranged from 250 watts to 350 watts, which is rather small for modern desktops. Also an issue for potential GPU upgrades, none of these computers had available 6-pin PCIE power connections required for many mainstream GPUs. In fact, one of the systems (the Gateway surprisingly) didn't even have a spare 4-pin Molex connection!

The GTX 750 Ti, with a TDP of just 60 watts and not requiring an external power connection is a perfect fit.

How do you know? Thanks.

MSI ATI Radeon HD6450 1 GB DDR3 VGA/DVI/HDMI Low Profile PCI-Express Video Card R6450-MD1GD3/LP

EVGA GeForce GT 610 1024MB GDDR3, DVI, VGA and HDMI Graphics Card 01G-P3-2615-KR

Which is better?

Thanks.

It's a low end HP, it doesn't even have enough PCIe X16/8 slots for CFX.

Out of those 2, the 6450. Remember though, no games. It will running Windows 7/8 and any other modern OS great though.

Sorry, the 610 actually has a very, very slight edge over the 6450 because of the higher clock speed. However, NEITHER will play games. They are VERY LOW END CARDS, just like ANY under $40.

Here you go: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odk...RC1.A0.H0.Xgts+250&_nkw=gts+250&_sacat=175673
Out of these, this is the cheapest: http://www.ebay.com/itm/EVGA-Nvidia...104?pt=PCC_Video_TV_Cards&hash=item2ed2aba200
This is the lowest end you can possibly go that will still play some games. BTW, make sure to test the eVGA well. It's not been tested, but is guaranteed. If you want to play it safe, get this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Zotac-NVIDI...677?pt=PCC_Video_TV_Cards&hash=item43c9ca4ebd

You have refused to tell us what games you will play, so it's hard to recommend cards to you.

Forgot about that. Yeah, get a CX430. You'll need a 6 Pin to molex x2 adapter though if you get a GTX 560 or any other card with 2 6 pins, as the CX430 only has 1 6 pin.
