New computer, printer says it's installed, but won't print

It is offline. How do I bring it online?

How is it connected to network? Wireless, ethernet or usb? Might have to reinstall printer.

Have you tried unplugging usb cable and plugging back in? Go into programs and features and uninstall the printer software, reboot pc, then reinstall printer software.

I don't see Programs and Features. It's Windows 10.

So you don't see anything listed as hp envy 4500? If not then printer isn't installed correctly.

How do I install it? It's a new computer. I just plugged in the USB cord and it showed up. I don't have any software discs for the printer.
