Disable the Marvell controller in the BIOS. I always advise using Intel over Marvell - usually faster for a start.
It's no good not getting them as regularly, you want them gone completely. It's worth trying installing Windows on your HDD, just so you know the SSD isn't the problem. Plug in the HDD, install Windows onto it once you've got your data moved off, don't even connect the SSD, then see if the problems persist.
What Windows disc are you using to install Windows? Genuine or copied/burned?
