Im sorry. But it doesnt make sense to buy a game 2 years after its release to me. Not only do you spend 2 years missing out on the experience, or lack there of depending on the game, but by then most likely the sequel if there is one is being released leaving you a generation behind.
Granted there are some games that dont need to be bought as soon as they hit shelves, but there are others that should be....
Theres nothing wrong with playing an old game by any means, but to be playing an old game for the first time is meh. I still enjoy playing my playstation 1 and still have most of the games for it, however Im not playing them for the first time
2 years is too long to wait to buy a game. The price usually drops within 6 months depending on how well the game sells. Good sellers usually stay $60 here in the US for up to a year.
I think maybe the most puzzling thing to me is that you can still buy a new copy of GTA 4, a game that was released in 2008. The fact that there are still so many new copies of that game must mean it didnt do as well as Rockstar hoped..... but its still $20.
