An SSD for this?Don't do anything before you back up your data while you can.
The Click of Death sound means you are about to lose the whole lot. Don't waste a single moment until you have backed up everything. Then you'll need a new hdd. I would recommend a SSD.

Do not get an SSD. Your motherboard is not SATA.Im going to buy new hdd nextweek. But 1st i need to test the drive..
