well in order to give you opinions, I need to know what this machine is going to be used for its not a gaming machine right? is it just going to be used for the internet and word processing, or are you looking to do something more processor oriented, etc.

this all sounds a bit dodgy... if u cant ask the admin for his password and you cant get back into the BIOS, you can't do much unless you find a bios password reset disk, or you take out the BIOS battery
