go under bios and for graphics option change from onboard to agp. This should fix the problem if u set everything to default by accident Bios is f1 of f2 at start menu. Good luck hopes this helps

i would think the 2.4 athlons and above would be better then the e6300 but the e300 can overclock pretty far unlike the athlons
