    Thanks munky. I have all those options specified except the upnp mapping because I think the settings under portforward.com said not to, but either way, it still tells me the port is closed. I am getting a few speeds as high as about 45 kb/s occasionally.

    It should list both windows installs exactly the way you see them when it starts up, and asks you to choose an option. Just delete the one you dont want.

    yeah, brand doesn't matter. Just make sure your computer (the motherboard) can support that much ram, its usually says up to 3GB or something like that.

    Like the others said, you need your windows cd. You can just put it in the computer, and boot to it. From there, you can choose to format the hard drive, and install windows. You could just get a new hard drive, and install windows.
