    higher clocked ram?

Yup. Just increase the FSB to 250MHz. You may need to fiddle with the timings to make the overclock stable (not all memory is the same - it may not run at the advertised timings).

    New Heatsink, Better Than Tt120!!

Point? Everyone knows the TT120 is no longer the best (if not, they do now). The Tuniq Tower, Sycthe Infinity and the TR Ultra 120 are all better than the TT120. Only thing that beats tower heatsinks is decent watercooling (ie, not a w/c kit - they suck).

    New CPU Waterblocl Idea

Not sure if there's enough surface area to remove heat as fast as the CPU produces heat under stress. The ultimate goal is to remove heat as efficiently as possible.

    $3500 Budget

Upgrade the CPU to a quad-core? You're spending a lot of money here, and will probably want it to last a long time.

    Time to overclock... Voltage?

Are you able to put your memory on a divider? That will bring the memory speed down a bit. Ideally, choose the divider that gets the memory running as near to stock speed as you can. As you increase FSB clock, you'll need to adjust the divider.

    Time to overclock... Voltage?

2.64GHz on stock voltage? Very nice indeed. As long as temps are fine, 1.45V is absolutely fine for 24/7 use. With a good heatsink, full load temps usually hit 50C at the most. Get a hold of Orthos (and run the Small FFT's test). It calculates prime numbers (well, I'm pretty sure it does at...

    Post Your Desktop "Background screenshot"

I am offended. That, my friend, is Mushroomhead. The 2 key differences are that they were around back in 1993 (and still are around), and actually have talent (released 3 albums without a label. Released a 4th with a label, left that label, and released a 5th on their own again).

Rawwwr (COnverted to gif to bring size down. Brought quality down as well, but you get the idea).

    Time to overclock... Voltage?

I assume you have core temp to measure core temps? As long as core temps are 55C or below at full load, the voltage you have is fine. Your PC Wizard can report core temps as well (I prefer that utility over core temp, actually). Then again, jumping from 1.5V to 1.525V may only give you an extra...

    Stability.

Get yourself Orthos. It combines 2 prime's together, each testing a core. No need to set affinities. And, for CPU stress-testing, run Small-FFT's.

    E6400 Accomadate with 8800gtx

The 8800GTX is simply so fast, it needs a fast CPU to keep it continually working. If you have a big monitor with a high resolution (21"+), and games on maximum graphic settings, then that will keep the 8800GTX busy working.

    Cpu Builder? Help Me!

I would highly recommend a 7900GT, as it is a LOT better than the X1600 and better than the X1950 256MB chupacabra linked to, and you should be able to get one for under $200. I'm not sure which american sites you guys buy your bits from, so make sure the 7900GT looks like this (stock PCB...

Western Digital 36.7GB, 8MB Cache Raptor

Warranty valid until Feburary 2011. Works perfectly fine (I've swapped it out for a perp. Barracuda - the Raptor was too small for all my games). Guess I'm looking for £50, but any good offers will be considered. Would like to keep it a UK-based sell, as that simplifies the whole postage...

SO if your system boots jsut fine after overclocking what happens if

You need to lower the clock by a fair amount. You need to run 4 instances of Prime to check for stability, and that the CPU isn't too hot under full load (let it get too hot, and it'll die prematurely).

    What type of HD?? HELP

Get a SATA hard drive. Doesn't matter if it's SATA/SATA2/SATA150/SATA300. As long as it's SATA. SCSI hard drives need a PCI controller card, which isn't cheap at all. IDE drives were the HD's we had before SATA. SCA drives seem to be an adaptation of SCSI drives, and will require controller...

    cant get to 3ghz

Get yourself the Intel TAT. And, it might be easier to use Orthos rather than Prime. Orthos is 2x Prime in one package, so you don't have to fiddle with affinities or anything. It will do it automatically for you.

    New Build and upgradable

The Core 2 Duo E6600, hands down. Not sure on a good C2D oc-ing board which can handle 2 8800GTX's, with a PCI slot between the two for airflow. You're looking at around a decent 800W PSU for SLI 8800GTX's. Make

    Camera sounds on my computer?

That's normal. A property of IE. Like, for me (back when I used IE), if I clicked back or forward, I would get the same click very shortly after. Not quite sure how to disable it. Should be in the options menu somewhere.

    Where Is My Bottleneck

That's a very expensive motherboard :). It actually looks pretty good. When you do upgrade your memory, make sure to get the exact same stick to avoid any problems. Reviewers like that mobo, which is good as well. Are you happy with forking out a few hundred dollars extra to get a quad-core...
