It is impossible for DX10 to work on XP. A new release of DX9 is due. It links with DX10, cant remember how. Possibly support for DX10 games, not sure.

It's not a great case. No front intake, just a little side intake and and exhaust. As has been said, fans cant be plugged into mobo. Rear fan cable will most likely have to trail over to the front of the case to get plugged in.
