    Advice on my first build

So it would be less efficient unless there was a proper load on it, understood, thank you.

    Advice on my first build

Don't worry, I find this bickering cute...I don't see how it would be inefficient, but I simply don't know enough about power supplies to call you on that.

    Good headset or headphone?

I don't believe they have been adequately made, as I could point out more flaws in your argument however this will be my last post and I will say only one last thing. It is a very bad idea to spend any money on something that will likely break due to faulty design, the Sennheiser pair he picked...

    Good headset or headphone?

In what way am I not correct about HDPP? Once again you provide no proof of concept and just say something you believe is correct, on the other hand however I could literally post at least thousands of photos of headsets/phones that use plastic in the worst ways (which honestly, is any) that...

    Good headset or headphone?

How can you say that with any sort of seriousness? Plastic is a terrible material for anything that will be under strain for an extended period of time (e.g. headphones). While plastic will always crack metal will not, it will only bend if put under an immense amount of strain, and in that case...

    Good headset or headphone?

I never said all Sennheisers were good, did I? My point is still valid, plastic cracks and snaps eventually which is why I recommended he get the Sennheiser pair he chose (all metal there). I still argue those were harder to break than the cheapo chinese plastic stuff they use for Logitech's though.

    Advice on my first build

Even though members here might say otherwise I always recommend Intel with Nvidia and ATI/AMD with AMD.

    Good headset or headphone?

The metal arms don't matter if the plastic earcup joint breaks off. I know exactly what I'm talking about and I take offense to that insult. Plastic isn't sturdy, plastic will crack and snap eventually. The specs might be "almost identical", but I'm almost certain that Sennheiser uses higher...

    Advice on my first build

I'll let other members discuss that if they come, everything looks good to me though, only critique is no Nvidia card, but I'm biased.

    About my Anti Virus Protectors

That's my point though, I was just stating that the OP never said he needed help with any malware and I just didn't want anyone's time wasted from a misunderstanding. EDIT: I'm stupid, I didn't see that post, forgive me. D:

    Updates so slow?

When the sky rains money my friend, when the sky rains money. Even for the less-than-good hard drive though it seems to take a terribly unreasonable time. I'm talking about minutes to tens of minutes for a security update and hours now for this 757 (total) MB update. I understand about the...

    Advice on my first build

Just think about what you are going to want to upgrade to in the future and buy accordingly, the second to last should be good for just about any build less a supercomputer I think even the cheapest one should get you by just fine so unless you think you are really going to beef up your computer...

    About my Anti Virus Protectors

I just thought it was funny, no deals being made, and I was just letting John know that he never asked for help removing malware so he wouldn't waste his time. (John's time I don't mean the OP)

Computer case fans, how and where help needed...

Why are you being so aggressive? True, depending on the format of the motherboard it could move hot air away from the CPU, but it is still wasteful as most of the heat is going to rise instead of get sucked out by the rear fan which is why I consider it being wasteful.

    Updates so slow?

It's Windows Update, no browser. The download goes fine, the install is what takes forever.

    Advice on my first build

The only thing I recommend is a better PSU, future-proofing and I think that's a little weak for your build. This. If you can afford it, or rather you WANT to afford it. Otherwise something like: This. This. This. Or this. (cheapest)
